I keep reading about cervix checks and got curious if its something you do at home or only doc does it. Im in my third trimester. Just want to understand, anyone here knows?
I was reading about this online but got so scared to even think about it! Is it even safe to touch the cervix ourselves? I feel it's way safer to let the gynac handle these checks during regular visits.
