Just found out im pregnant and im so excited to know when the baby will arrive. Im not very sure of my exact dates as my cycles were a bit irregular. how do u all figure out the due date, is it from last period or the scan?
I just entered my last period date in a due date calculator and it gave me an estimate, super easy. But the early dating scan is what confirms it more accurately. The app date and scan date were a couple days apart for me.
My doc calculated it from the first day of my last period, roughly 40 weeks from there. If your cycles are irregular, the early ultrasound gives a more reliable date. She always went by the scan in the end.
