My period is 4 days late and im too nervous to go to a lab right now. I have a kit lying at home but never used one before. Can someone explain the proper way to do it, like morning urine or anytime? thoda confused.
I was so confused first time also. One thing, dont test too early after missed period na, wait few days otherwise it can show wrong. Did anyone else get a faint line and then it got darker next day?
Actually its super easy yaar. Pee on the strip or in a cup and dip it, then wait few minutes. Best time is early morning before drinking water, gives proper reading.
I remember my hands were shaking when I did mine haha. I used morning urine like my sister told me and the second line came slowly. If u see even a faint line its usually positive, but pls confirm with doc once.
Kit is hardly 50-60 rupees so dont stress about cost. If it shows positive then go for a beta hcg blood test, that confirms it properly and isnt very expensive either.
Just get a home test kit from medical store, they all work same way. Use first morning urine, thats when the result is clearest. Wait for the full time written on it before reading, dont check after 2 min.
Home kit is fine to start with. My amma said wait till at least a week after missed period. Two lines means positive but for sure confirmation a blood test or doctor visit is always better.
