Home kits are quite accurate if you test at the right time, after a missed period. But a urine test is just step one, your doctor will confirm with blood beta hcg and a scan later.
Just use a home pregnancy test kit from the chemist, use first morning urine for best result. Test after your period is at least a week late. If two lines come, go to a gynac to confirm with a blood test.
