Same way actually, home kit with morning urine. But after delivery ur periods take time to settle so dont go by missed period alone. If u suspect, test and then confirm with doctor.
While fully breastfeeding my periods stayed away for months, so I couldnt rely on that. I used a kit when in doubt. It can happen even before first period comes back, so dont assume u r safe.
Home test works, but post delivery hormones are still adjusting so best to confirm with ur gynac. Also good time to ask her about contraception if u r not planning again soon.
