Simplest is a home pregnancy kit from the chemist, use first morning urine after your missed period. Symptoms like missed period, sore breasts and nausea are clues but the kit confirms it. Then see a gynac to be sure.
I did the kit at home and then got it confirmed at the doctor with a blood test. The home one is a good first step na. Just dont test too early or u get confused like I did.
Beta, just get a pregnancy strip from the medical shop, it is cheap and easy. Do it in the morning with first urine. If two lines come, go and meet the lady doctor to confirm properly.
