Language doesnt matter for a home test, the kit works the same. Just buy a pregnancy strip from any medical shop, use first morning urine. The instructions usually have pictures so it is easy to follow.
Beta the medical shop kit is very simple, just do it in the morning. Two lines means positive, one line negative. After that go to a doctor to confirm properly.
Many pregnancy apps have Telugu language settings now if you want guidance in your language. But the actual test is just a standard kit. I used the app to track dates and the kit to confirm.
