How to check pregnancy at home with fingers?

I've heard some traditional methods of checking for pregnancy at home. Is there a way to check for pregnancy using fingers, or is that just a myth?

Urine test kits are actually very cheap, you can get one for 50 rupees at any chemist. Please don't try using fingers as it's risky and won't give a real result anyway.
