First time doing this and bought a simple strip from the chemist, not the fancy kit. Im a bit nervous about doing it wrong and getting a false result. Can someone tell me the proper way to use it?
Its easy beta, subah ka pehla urine lo and dip the strip as shown on the packet. Wait a few minutes and check the lines. If you are confused reading it, show it to the chemist, they will tell you.
Just dont read it too late, after the time window faint evaporation lines can confuse you, that happened to me and I panicked. Read it within the minutes mentioned and use morning urine. If unsure, retest next morning calmly.
Collect your first morning urine in a clean cup and dip the strip up to the marked line for a few seconds. Lay it flat and wait the time the box says. Two lines means positive, one line negative, and read it within the time window.
