My dadi swears she can tell if a woman is pregnant just by feeling the pulse on the wrist, she did it for my bhabhi too. Is this an actual thing, how do they even check it? curious more than anything.
There isnt any proper way to check pregnancy from the pulse, its a myth. If your period is late just take a home pregnancy test after the missed date, and confirm with a blood test or gynac. Thats the proper way.
Honestly this pulse method is not reliable at all. There is no way to confirm pregnancy by feeling the hand pulse, thats just an old belief. Just do a simple home urine test, prega news, its cheap and actually accurate.
I have heard elders talk about this too but it never gives a sure answer. Best you go and buy a pregnancy test from the medical store, its very easy to use at home. If positive, then visit a doctor beta.
Beta in our time the old dais used to claim they could tell from the pulse, but i wouldnt depend on it. These days a test strip from the chemist gives you a clear answer in minutes. Use that na, much surer.
