My period is 4 days late and i dont have a strip at home right now, shops are also closed. My cousin told me theres some salt test you can do with morning urine. Has anyone actually done this and does it even work? just curious till i can buy a proper kit.
I tried the salt thing too out of curiosity before i got a real kit lol. It gave me random foam, totally confusing. The proper kit was so much clearer. Just buy a strip yaar, its not expensive.
I get wanting a free home method but a basic test kit is like 50-60 rupees only. Much more dependable than salt or any of those tricks. Worth the small spend honestly.
Honestly the salt test is not reliable at all, its just a fun thing people do. A proper home pregnancy kit from the medical store is cheap and way more accurate. Use the morning urine for the kit, that gives the clearest result.
I wouldnt trust the salt method for something this important. The strip kits are easily available and accurate. And if it shows positive, a blood test and doctor visit confirms it properly.
