Seriously, don't rely on pulse rate or any of these random tricks. It's 2026, just buy a digital test kit or get a blood test done. Save yourself the unnecessary overthinking!
Honestly, when I was pregnant, my pulse was racing but that was mostly because I was vomiting 5 times a day and so dehydrated! Don't rely on these old wives' tales. Drink plenty of water and do a proper kit test instead.
