My MIL keeps telling me I need to start preparing my breasts for feeding and clean them a certain way but im not sure whats actually correct vs just old advice. Anyone here who can tell me the right way to do it? thoda confused honestly.
Honestly just plain warm water in the shower is enough, no need for soap on the nipples as it dries them out. I kept the area clean and gently patted dry. A little coconut oil later helped with dryness.
