Constipation has become my daily struggle, sometimes 2-3 din ho jaate hai and its so uncomfortable. Drinking water and all but no major relief. What foods or simple things helped u guys?
Oh god, I'm struggling with this so much right now! I'm in my second trimester and it's making me so uncomfortable. Has anyone tried prunes or psyllium husk? Does it actually help? I'm drinking so much water but it's still an issue.
I felt so miserable with constipation during my pregnancy, especially in the first few months. It was really painful sometimes. I found that eating a lot of fibre-rich fruits and veggies, and warm water first thing in the morning really helped me. It's a very common struggle, you are not alone.
Ugh, tell me about it! By 3rd trimester, it feels like everything is just *stuck*. I'm practically friends with my toilet now. My doc said warm water, fibrous fruits like papaya, and a light walk helps. If nothing works, ask your gynac for a safe stool softener, don't suffer needlessly!
I remember this phase so well, it was really challenging. What worked for me was consistently having a bowl of papaya every day and making sure I drank at least 8-10 glasses of water. Don't worry, it's a temporary phase, but listen to your body and your doctor for relief.
Constipation can be very uncomfortable. While generally considered normal, if it's severe or causing pain, it's always best to consult your doctor. Sometimes it can aggravate other issues, so please don't hesitate to get proper medical advice for it, especially if home remedies aren't working.
Constipation toh bohot logo ko hoti hai, mujhe bhi thi. Meri mummy roz subah nimbu paani aur thoda sa shahad deti thi. Aur raat ko doodh ke saath isabgol. Bahut araam mila tha. Ghar ka khana aur thodi walk bhi zaroori hai.
Constipation? That's pregnancy's little 'welcome gift' to make sure you're always thinking about your bowels, haha! Seriously though, lots of water, high fiber foods like dalia, green leafy veggies. Sometimes a gentle walk also magically helps things move along!
