Im in my first trimester and the tiredness is on another level, by evening i literally cant keep my eyes open even after a full night sleep. Managing house and a little office work is becoming so hard. How did u all push through this phase?
Rest without guilt, the first trimester tiredness is real and it does ease in the second. Eat small frequent meals, stay hydrated and dont skip your iron tablets. If you are unusually wiped out, get your haemoglobin and thyroid checked.
Yaar pregnancy fatigue is a personality now haha. Naps became my whole hobby. Honestly just give in to the rest when you can, the body is literally building a human.
First trimester fatigue hit me hard while juggling office. What worked, short power naps at lunch, breaking tasks into smaller bits, and sleeping earlier at night. Also got my iron checked because low iron makes it way worse, do ask your doctor for that.
Light walks when allowed actually gave me a little energy boost, plus enough water and good food. But if the tiredness feels extreme or comes with dizziness or breathlessness, dont ignore it, get checked by your gynac.
