We started trying since 4 months and nothing yet, honestly im getting a little impatient. What did u all do to plan better, like timing and all? would love to hear what worked for u.
For me it took time coz of PCOS so I wont give false promises. If its been a year of trying (or 6 months if ur older) better to see a gynac and get basic checks done. Everyone's body is different yaar.
Take care of urself, eat good and keep faith. It happens in its own time for everyone. Meanwhile start folic acid and stay healthy, thats in our hands.
My amma kept saying relax and it will happen, and honestly there is some truth, tension se kuch nahi hota. But also we did a basic doctor checkup to make sure everything fine. Take it easy, eat home food, stay positive.
We were also trying and honestly the main thing I learnt is to track ovulation days properly. There are apps for it. Took us few months, so dont lose hope if it doesnt happen first try.
Same boat here, reading up a lot these days. From what I gathered, healthy lifestyle for both partners matters, not just the woman. Cut down junk and smoking, walk daily. Hoping for both of us.
Start folic acid before even trying, my gynac insisted on that. Keep weight in check, eat well, sleep proper. And dont over stress, stress actually delays it. Time around ovulation is key.
