Beta in our families people talk about so many totke for this, but none are proven and some are honestly not safe. I'd say dont follow random food or timing tricks. Just eat well and pray, the baby is a blessing.
There isnt any scientific Indian method that works for choosing gender, its random. Plus gender determination is not legal to seek here anyway. Best to put energy into a healthy diet and regular checkups for a healthy baby.
