We started trying last month and im already feeling impatient yaar. Everyone around me got pregnant so fast and here we are still waiting. What actually helped you ladies, like timing or anything? pls share.
Timing around ovulation and a healthy lifestyle are the basics. Most healthy couples conceive within a year of trying. If it takes longer than that, then its worth seeing a doctor for a check.
Take your time and try not to put too much pressure on yourselves, the stress can actually make it harder. For us it took a while and support helped. If it doesnt happen in a few months, a fertility doctor can guide you gently.
With my PCOS it took longer and my cycles were irregular so tracking was tricky. If you have any cycle issues, dont stress, just see a gynac early so they can help with the timing. Everyone's body is different.
Track your fertile days, thats the main thing. The few days before and around ovulation are when chances are best. Both times I got pregnant by timing it right around mid cycle.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it really helped me find my fertile window. Ovulation kits also work well if your cycle is irregular. Healthy diet and less stress matter too.
Honestly dont stress too much about it yaar, that itself can delay things. Just track your days, stay healthy and let it happen naturally. It'll work out.
