We got married last year and now planning for a baby. Honestly we are a bit impatient and want it to happen soon. Any tips on timing or anything that worked fast for you ladies?
I used an ovulation app to find my fertile window and that made it easier honestly. Some people also use ovulation strips. Just dont stress, stress itself can delay things. Healthy diet and folic acid before conceiving helps too.
Dont put too much pressure yaar, that backfires. Just enjoy, track ur fertile days and let it happen naturally. It worked for me the month I stopped stressing about it lol.
Main thing is timing during ur fertile days, around ovulation, roughly mid cycle. Track ur cycle and be intimate around those days. Stay relaxed, eat well, both partners healthy. It can take a few months so dont panic.
Take it gently yaar, every body has its own timeline and comparing makes it harder. Track ur fertile days, stay healthy, and if it doesnt happen in several months a fertility doctor can guide u. There is always support.
Focus on ur ovulation window, that's the key time. Keep both of u healthy, cut down stress, take folic acid. If u r over a year of trying (or 6 months if older) then see a doctor. Otherwise be patient, it'll happen.
We are also trying since few months. I started using an ovulation tracker to find the right days, that helped me understand my cycle better. Still waiting but doctor said its normal to take some time.
