This might sound basic but we are newly married and just starting to plan for a baby. I just want to understand the right way and timing properly. Pls dont judge, genuinely want to learn.
For most it's timing around ovulation, but it can take a few months which is normal. With conditions like PCOS it sometimes needs a doctor's help, so dont panic if it's not instant. Just take folic acid and stay healthy while trying.
Basically you need to have unprotected intercourse around your fertile window, which is the days around ovulation. Tracking your cycle helps you know when that is. If it doesnt happen in a year of trying, see a doctor.
We are just starting to plan too so I've been reading up. From what I understand it's all about timing it with ovulation and staying healthy. This community has been so helpful for beginners like me.
