Got diagnosed with pcos last year and we've been trying for almost 8 months now with no luck. My cycles are all over the place so i never know whats happening. Anyone here conceived with pcos? what worked for u, pls share.
I have PCOS and conceived, so please dont lose hope. For me a healthy weight, regular routine and tracking ovulation with my doctors help made a difference. Everyone is different though, so a gynac who knows PCOS is really worth seeing.
I have PCOS too and we are planning, so reading this gives me hope. Were starting with lifestyle changes and a doctor consult. Thanks for sharing your experience, really helpful.
Take it one step at a time and be gentle with yourself, PCOS journeys can test your patience. A good fertility doc will have a plan tailored for you. Sending you so much hope, it can absolutely happen.
With PCOS the main hurdle is irregular ovulation, so a doctor often helps with that. Lifestyle changes like diet and movement can improve things too. Best to consult a gynac who can guide on tracking or medication if needed.
