We just got married few months back and both families are already asking, you know how it is. We dont want to wait too long so im trying to understand how to time things right. Any tips from those who conceived quickly?
There's no immediate guarantee yaar, but timing intercourse around your ovulation gives the best chance. Track your fertile days with an app or kit. Stay healthy and give it a few months before worrying.
Beta dont put this much pressure on yourself, it rarely happens the very first try for everyone. Eat well, relax and track your fertile window. Stress can actually make it harder, so be patient.
It took me a while because of pcos, so I'd gently say dont expect it instantly. If it doesnt happen in several months, a gynac can check things. Be kind to yourself in the meantime.
We are also hoping it happens soon and I feel impatient too. Reading that it takes time for most is reassuring. I guess we just keep trying and stay calm na.
