Hubby and me have been trying for about 5 months now without any luck and im starting to feel a bit low about it. We dont want to rush into treatments yet. Would love to know what worked for you ladies, like tracking days or any lifestyle changes.
Because of my PCOS my cycles were irregular so tracking was tricky. What helped was managing weight, eating better and getting my doctor to guide me. If your periods are irregular, do mention it to a gynac, it makes a difference.
We just focused on staying healthy and relaxed, and tracked my cycle. Family kept giving advice but i trusted my doctor for the real guidance. It happens in its own time na, dont lose hope.
Give yourself time and dont put pressure on each other, that part is important. Tracking ovulation helps a lot. And if it hasnt happened after a while of trying, seeing a doctor early is totally okay, no shame in it.
Keep it natural and low stress dear. Healthy eating, good sleep, knowing your fertile days, and not overthinking it. Stress can actually make it harder, so be gentle with yourself.
Track your cycle and figure out your fertile days, thats the biggest thing. Eat well, manage stress, both partners should stay healthy. We conceived both times once we got the timing right with my ovulation.
We are also trying right now. I started using an ovulation app to know my fertile window and we are just trying to stay relaxed about it. Reading everyones tips here is helping me too.
