How to conceive naturally with unexplained infertility?
Married 3 years, all reports of both of us are normal but still nothing. doctors keep saying unexplained which feels so frustrating na. anyone here conceived naturally after this kind of diagnosis, what did u change?
I won't pretend to have the magic tip yaar. What helped me was tracking ovulation properly, keeping weight steady and reducing stress as much as I could. But please keep your fertility specialist in the loop, they know your reports.
My doc said for unexplained cases, timing intercourse around ovulation matters most, so an ovulation kit or follicular study helps. She also mentioned healthy weight and folic acid before conceiving. Worth discussing a plan with your specialist.
We are kind of in the same boat and it's emotionally tiring. Reading these replies helps me too. I'm just trusting the doctor and trying not to overthink each month. Wishing you good news soon.
Don't stress too much, I know easier said than done. Track your cycle, eat well, and give it time with your doctor's guidance. Your body isn't broken, sometimes it just needs the right timing. Hugs.
Many couples here have been through this and gone on to conceive. Natural attempts with proper ovulation tracking do work for some. Stay consistent with your fertility doctor and don't compare your timeline to others.
Keep your heart calm and don't lose hope, stress only adds to it. Focus on good food, rest and tracking your fertile days. Trust your doctor for the rest. Sending you lots of good wishes.
Unexplained infertility is so frustrating, I totally understand because no answer feels harder than a clear one. We tried natural with cycle tracking for a while. My only advice, stay with a good fertility doc who guides timing and tests properly. You're not alone in this.
