We've been trying for around 5 months now and nothing yet, starting to feel a little low about it. just wanting to know what actually helped you ladies conceive, any tips welcome.
Know your ovulation days and time it around that, thats the main thing. Start folic acid once your doctor okays it, and keep healthy. Dont stress, stress itself delays it sometimes.
We were trying too and what helped was tracking my fertile days, the ovulation window. Took us a few months so dont lose heart if it doesnt happen immediately, its normal to take time.
With pcos my cycles were irregular so tracking ovulation was tricky, my doctor really helped sort it out. If your periods are off or its taking long, dont wait too much to consult, they have ways to help.
Take it gently with yourself, conceiving can take a few cycles for many people and thats completely okay. Eating well, folic acid (after doctor says), and tracking ovulation helps. If its been a while, a fertility check with the doctor is a good step.
Stay positive and take care of your health, that energy matters. Track your fertile window and eat nourishing food. And whenever you feel unsure, a gynac visit gives clarity. It will happen in good time.
Don't stress too much yaar, that honestly matters a lot. Track your cycle, keep healthy, and give it time. If nothing after a year (or six months if older), then see a doctor, otherwise just relax and let it happen.
