I started by learning my fertile window using an app and watching my body signs. We also both tried to eat better and cut alcohol. From what I gather, relaxed and consistent beats stressing over it. Rooting for you.
Okay first, breathe and dont stress too much, stress is the worst for this. Track your ovulation, eat decent, sleep, and just let it happen. If it takes a few months that's totally normal yaar.
Main thing is timing it around your fertile days, roughly the middle of your cycle. Eat healthy, take folic acid if doc said, sleep well and dont stress. Took me a couple of months each time, it's normal to not be instant.

My doctor said the fertile window is the few days before ovulation, that's the focus. She also suggested folic acid before conceiving, a healthy weight, and cutting smoking and alcohol for both partners. If nothing after a year (or 6 months if over 35), get a check up.
