There isnt really a way to plan twins naturally yaar. Family history, age, genes play a role but you cant control it. Better focus on a healthy body and good prenatal care, the rest is not in our hands.
Twins mom here haha. Honestly mine was natural, no drugs, it just happened, runs in my husband side family. There is no real trick to make twins on your own, its mostly genetics and luck. And trust me two babies is double everything, be careful what u wish for!
