We are pure veg at home and i always dreamed of having twins. Read somewhere that diet plays a role but most things mention non veg foods. Is there any way for us veggies? curious to know.
As a twin mom let me tell you, I did not eat any special thing to get them, they just arrived as a surprise package haha. It is largely genes and fertility factors. No veg or non veg trick will guarantee it.
I conceived through IVF and that does sometimes raise the chance of twins, but it is not something to plan casually. Naturally it is mostly down to genetics. If twins are really your hope, talk gently with a fertility doctor about realistic options.
Honestly twins are mostly genetics and luck, not something diet decides. Being veg or non veg doesnt really make twins happen. If it runs in your family the chance is higher, otherwise it is just chance.
My family always said twins run in the blood, and honestly there is truth in that. But no particular food causes it, veg or not. If you have questions just ask your doctor calmly.
