My recent scan showed complex cysts and my gynac is monitoring them. We really want to start a family but now im scared it'll affect our chances. If anyone here conceived with this, i'd love to hear how it went for you.
I had cysts and conceived but only with proper guidance, so I wont pretend it works the same for everyone. A complex cyst really needs a specialist to assess first. Please see a good gynac or fertility doctor, they will make a plan for you.
Complex cysts are not something to manage from home advice yaar. Please get them properly evaluated by your gynac, sometimes they need monitoring or treatment first. Conceiving plans should come after the doctor checks.
I know how heavy this journey feels, I have been there. With cysts the doctor needs to check what type and whether it affects ovulation before anything. Be gentle with yourself and lean on a fertility specialist, they really do help.
