I conceived with endo after a long road, so first, i really feel for you. For me a good fertility specialist made all the difference, we tried timed cycles first and then moved to IVF. Please find a doctor who understands endometriosis specifically, it truly changes the journey, and be gentle with yourself through it.
Endo is tricky and very individual, so please don't go by general tips alone. A fertility specialist can assess how much it's affecting your tubes and ovaries and guide whether you need medication, surgery or assisted options. Getting the right doctor early saved me a lot of wasted time.
