I have pcos since years and recently was told im borderline diabetic too. We really want to start a family but i feel both these together is making it so hard. Has anyone here conceived with both? Would love to hear how u managed.
I have pcos too and i know how stressful this feels. What helped me was working closely with my gynac, managing weight and following the meds she gave. I wont claim a magic fix, every body responds differently, so a good doctor really matters.
Keeping my sugar in control was a big part of my plan, balanced meals and walking after food. But please get your exact diet and medicines from your doctor, mine adjusted things often. Dont go by general food advice for this.
I totally understand how heavy this can feel some days. Take it one step at a time with your doctors support. Sending you so much strength, it can happen.
Be gentle with yourself, this journey can be hard emotionally. With pcos and sugar issues, a fertility specialist can really tailor a plan for you. Whatever route it takes, you are not alone in this.
