Got diagnosed with PCOD last year and we've been trying for almost 8 months now with no luck. My periods are so irregular that i honestly cant figure out my ovulation days. Anyone here who conceived with PCOD, what worked for u? Pls share, im feeling a bit low about it.
Both my pregnancies happened after PCOS so dont lose hope. Get your sugar and thyroid checked, lifestyle se bahut farak padta hai. And track ovulation with your doctor instead of guessing.
My amma kept telling me home things but what actually worked was my doctor monitoring my cycles and a steady routine. PCOS just needs patience and proper guidance, dont rush yourself yaar.
I had PCOD too and honestly the biggest thing for me was losing some weight and walking daily, my cycles became more regular after that. But pls dont copy anyone, get your gynac to track your ovulation properly, that made all the difference for me.
PCOS is super common na, so many of us conceive with it. Diet, some movement and a good gynac who actually listens is the combo that works. Ask her about ovulation induction if cycles are very irregular.
It took us a while with PCOS and I know how heavy that wait feels. We finally went to a fertility doc who guided everything step by step. Whatever path you take, you are not behind anyone, take your time.
For me regular walking and cutting down on sugary stuff really helped my cycles. I did some basic yoga too but only what was fine for me. Mainly let your doctor decide the medical part, rest is just being consistent.
