Doesnt matter which language yaar, the way to confirm is same. Do a home urine test (pregnancy kit) after a missed period, and then go to gynac for blood test or scan to be sure. The kits come with instructions, you can ask the chemist in Malayalam.
I was also confused first time. Just buy a pregnancy strip from medical store, use it in the morning after missed period. The chemist explained it to me in my language. After that the doctor visit confirms it properly.
You can find Malayalam videos on YouTube showing how to use the kit, that helped my cousin a lot. But the actual method is the same everywhere, missed period then home test then doctor confirmation.
If you are in Kerala, just go to any clinic, doctors and staff there speak Malayalam, they will guide you fully. First a urine kit at home, then they confirm with blood test (beta hCG). Nothing to worry about, very simple.
