This has been bothering me so much since my second trimester started, its honestly uncomfortable all day. What helped u ladies naturally with this? Need some relief tips pls.
Beta subah garam paani piyo khaali pet, helps a lot. Soaked raisins and fibre wala khana bhi accha hai. Agar bahut zyada problem ho to doctor se isabgol ke baare mein poochlo.
The iron supplements made mine terrible honestly. More water, fruits and a short walk after meals helped me. Dont strain too hard, just up the fibre slowly.
Drink lots of water, eat more fibre, fruits like papaya and prunes, and walk a bit daily. The iron tablets often cause it, so mention to gynac if its bad, they can adjust. Worked for me both times.
