The acidity these days is killing me yaar. Burning feeling right after eating and even at night when i lie down i feel it coming up my throat. Im in 2nd trimester. what do u all do to manage this without taking too many meds?
Actually I just stopped eating heavy oily dinners and it improved so much yaar. Small frequent meals, and I propped up pillows at night. Acidity in pregnancy is no joke na.
Acidity was my constant companion, ugh. Eating small meals often, not lying down right after food and avoiding fried spicy stuff helped me the most. Cold milk or some coconut water also soothed it for me.
Beta, a little saunf after meals and not eating too late at night used to help in our days. Keep dinner light and early. If it troubles you a lot though, do ask your doctor for something safe.
