Im in my 7th month and at last scan doc said baby is on slightly heavier side. Now im honestly a bit tensed about delivery. What did you all do with diet to keep baby weight in normal range? pls share.
In my second pregnancy I had GD and baby was getting on the bigger side. What helped was cutting sugar and white rice, more veggies and protein. But honestly only my doc and dietician decided the actual plan, pls dont restrict food on your own.
Baby weight mostly depends on ur diet and your own weight gain. Eat balanced, dont go overboard on sweets and fried stuff, walk daily if doc allows. Rest the body manages on its own.
My doc told me daily 30 min walk keeps both my weight and baby's weight in healthy range. I do prenatal yoga also but only the ones she approved. Movement really helps na.
You cant really control baby's weight like a switch, it depends on genetics, your nutrition and sugar levels. Best thing is regular checkups, the gynac monitors growth in scans and tells if anything needs adjusting.
