My breasts have grown so fast in this pregnancy and none of my old bras fit anymore, its getting uncomfortable. Just wanted to know if theres anything that helps slow it down or is this just how it is for everyone?
Haha I tried to fight it too, no use yaar. Body does its own thing. I just bought bigger comfy bras and made peace with it. It goes back somewhat after feeding stops.
Its natural growth for milk to come later, so its not something to stop. Focus on comfort instead, soft cotton bras without wire helped me a lot during this time.
Cant control it honestly, but you can manage the discomfort. I switched to wireless supportive bras for office and that made my whole day easier. Sizing up is normal, dont stress.
You cant really control it, its hormones preparing for the baby. What you can do is get good supportive bras, even maternity ones, so it doesnt feel heavy or hurt. Thats the real solution.
