One minute im fine and next minute im snapping at my husband or crying over something silly. Im 5 months and it feels out of my control honestly. How did u all manage this without driving everyone at home crazy?
First please dont be hard on urself, mood swings are real and not ur fault, its hormones. What helped me was talking it out, short walks and not expecting myself to be okay all the time. Be gentle with urself yaar.

My mom told me to rest more and not skip meals, low sugar made my mood worse. A little prayer time kept me calm too. But if u feel very low for long, do mention it to ur doctor na.
I used a little mood journal in my pregnancy app and it actually helped me see patterns. Sleep and food made a big difference for me. Some calm music and breathing also helped on the bad days.
