For back and leg pain, using a maternity pillow or keeping a normal pillow between your knees while sleeping works wonders. Also, never take any painkiller without asking your gynac.
When I was staying at my parents' house, my mother used to give me a gentle leg massage with warm mustard oil. It helped so much with the evening body aches, highly recommend it.
