My sugar runs a little high and doc said i should get it in control before planning. We really want to start trying soon. What all did u do to manage it, pls share.
With my PCOS my sugars were all over and it did affect things. What helped was cutting down on sweets and walking daily. But honestly everyone is different so please get your gynac to guide the plan.
Regular walking made a big difference to my levels honestly. I started with 30 min a day after dinner. Just confirm with your doctor whats okay for you.
My doc told me stable blood sugar really helps conception. She suggested smaller meals, less refined carbs and regular activity. She also ran some tests before we started trying.
