According to my pregnancy app, most babies stay breech in the second trimester because they have so much space to swim around. Usually, they turn down by week 36 on their own, so just track it with your doctor.
Yaar, actually my baby was breech too and I was super stressed. But my gynac told me to just do pelvic tilts and gentle walking, and he eventually turned. Don't worry too much, relax!
I had such terrible morning sickness that I barely had energy to worry about breech position initially, but my doc told me gentle crawling on hands and knees can help. Please don't do any heavy exercises without asking your doctor first.
I am planning my pregnancy now and I keep reading about breech babies. Is it true that we can't do normal delivery if the baby stays breech till the end?
My baby is currently in breech position in my 2nd trimester scan and I am feeling so anxious about it. Did anyone else's baby turn naturally later on in the 3rd trimester?
My toddler was breech till the 34th week and I was so worried about having a C-section. But then he automatically turned head-down in the 36th week, so please relax, babies have plenty of time to flip!
I just delivered my baby last month, and to help with her breech position, my doctor suggested light walking and sitting on a birthing ball. She finally turned around week 35, so keep moving gently.
