Beta its counted from the first day of your last monthly. The doctor will tell you the month and due date clearly. If you prefer Telugu, ask them to explain in your language, they will.
We count from the first day of your last period, doctors use that for due date too. Telugu lo same calculation, just language different. My doctor showed me on the calendar, very simple once you get it.
I used a pregnancy app that has Telugu language option, it counted weeks and days automatically for me. Way easier than doing math. Many free ones are there in regional languages now.
Counting starts from last period date, not conception. 40 weeks is the full term. Your gynac will give you exact due date at the first scan, so dont stress over manual counting too much.
