Newly married and we want to start planning a family soon. Honestly i dont know much beyond the basics and feel a bit clueless. Where do i even begin?

In simple terms it happens when sperm meets the egg around your fertile days. Track your ovulation and have regular relations in that window. If its not happening after several months, then see a doctor.
