My lower back has been paining a lot, specially when i sit for long or get up from bed. Im in my 6th month and the bump is getting heavier. What helped you with this pain, any tips?
Backache is super common as the bump grows. A pregnancy pillow between the knees, good posture and a warm compress helped me a lot. Dont sit or stand too long in one position.
My back hurt a lot in the last trimester, the pillow support and warm water bottle were my saviours. After my c section I was gentle with movements too. A maternity belt helped take the load off, ask your doctor about it.
My doctor allowed me gentle prenatal yoga and short walks, and honestly the stretches eased my lower back so much. Cat cow pose was my favourite. Only do exercises your gynac okays though.
Backache is so real yaar, dont stress about it. Warm compress, decent shoes and resting your feet up helped me. If the pain gets sharp or bad, do tell your gynac though.
