Severe word matters here. If its painful, theres bleeding or you havent gone for several days, please ring your gynac instead of waiting. Mine adjusted my iron timing and gave something safe and it sorted out.
Beta soaked raisins and a few soaked figs in the morning helped my daughter a lot. Warm water on empty stomach also. But if nothing moves for many days or theres pain, do tell the doctor, dont just keep trying ghar ke nuskhe.

Iron tablets make it 10 times worse, this happened to me both times. Drink loads of water through the day, add fruits like papaya and pear, and walk a little after meals. If its really severe pls ask your gynac, sometimes they suggest a safe fibre supplement.
Same problem I had in my 7th month. I started eating more daliya and lots of water, slowly it got better. Try not to sit too long also, thoda chalna helps.
Yaar this is sooo common, dont stress about it. More fibre, more water, little walk. If it stays bad just message your doctor na, they deal with this all the time.
