How to deal with nausea and vomiting during pregnancy?
Im in my 8th week and the nausea is honestly killing me, cant eat anything properly and ulti ho jati hai. Feeling so drained yaar. How did you all manage this phase? Need some real tips.
I am in my 2nd trimester now and my nausea has finally settled down a bit, but in the early months, sour things like lemon or amla candy helped me survive. Did anyone else feel extremely anxious that they weren't eating enough for the baby? If it gets too hard to manage, definitely ask your gynac for safe relief.
Suno, always keep some salt biscuits or jeera goli near your bed. Avoid empty stomach and eat very small meals throughout the day. If the vomiting is too severe and you feel dehydrated, don't sit at home, go see your doctor immediately for safe medicine.
My pregnancy app suggested eating small, high-protein snacks and avoiding greasy foods to curb nausea. It also had a tracker to log daily water intake, which was so helpful. If your vomiting is persistent and severe, please log it and consult your doctor for safe prescription meds.
When I was staying at my mom's place, she used to give me dry toast or a glucose biscuit first thing in the morning before I even got out of bed, and that helped a lot with morning sickness. Sucking on a small piece of ginger also helped. But if you are vomiting too heavily and can't keep anything down, please consult your gynac.
I felt so weak and miserable during my first trimester because of the constant nausea. I felt a lot better when I started drinking lime water with a pinch of black salt. Just hang in there, but definitely let your gynac know if you are unable to drink water.
