I kept dry snacks in my bag and ate every couple hours at work, plus sniffing lemon helped on the commute. Avoided the office canteen smells. Small things but they got me through the day.
Yaar keep some lemon and a packet of biscuits handy always. Empty stomach is the enemy honestly. Don't stress, most of us got nauseous early on and it eased up by the second trimester.
Never keep your stomach empty, that makes it worse. Nibble through the day, sip lemon or ginger water, stay away from oily food. If you're vomiting a lot and can't keep water down, see your doctor though.

Mild nausea you can manage with crackers and ginger. But if it's severe, constant vomiting and you can't eat or drink, please see your gynac, mine gave me safe medication for it. Don't push through that alone.
