First trimester and the nausea is killing me, cant even smell food without feeling sick. Mornings are the worst yaar. What worked for u all? Need some real tips pls.
Beta, my mother always told me to chew a little saunf or take small sips of ginger water in the morning. Eat something dry before getting out of bed. But if you are vomiting too much and cant keep water down, do show your doctor.
Actually what worked for me was nimbu pani and not letting my stomach get empty. Empty stomach made it 10 times worse yaar. Small small meals through the day.

Oh god the nausea was the worst part for me, I feel you. What helped was eating small bites often instead of big meals, and keeping dry biscuits near my bed for mornings. Ginger and lemon water also gave me some relief honestly.
Mild nausea is normal but if you cant keep any food or water down for a day, pls call your gynac. Sometimes they give something safe to help. Dont stay dehydrated.
