Delivered last month and the marks on my tummy are still very much there. I know it takes time but feeling a bit low about it. What did u all do post delivery that actually helped?
My baby is now 3 years old and let me tell you, those bright red marks eventually fade into soft silvery lines that you barely notice. I used to worry so much, but now I see them as proof of the beautiful journey. Just use a normal moisturizer and give it time.
Staying hydrated and moisturizing regularly with virgin coconut oil or bio-oil really helped mine fade after normal delivery. Be patient with your body because skin takes time to heal and shrink back. You are beautiful just the way you are!
Honestly, no cream will make stretch marks disappear completely overnight. Keep your skin highly moisturized with safe products like shea butter or hyaluronic acid, and if they still bother you, you can consult a dermatologist post-breastfeeding for laser treatments.
Haan na, postpartum stretch marks look so deep initially but they do fade on their own. I just applied normal ghar ka aloe vera gel and coconut oil daily after bath, it helped a lot to reduce the redness, ho na.
I am in my 5th month and already seeing small lines appearing on my stomach and thighs, which is making me so conscious. How long did it take for yours to start fading after delivery? Pls share some real honest advice!
Do creams actually help or is it all down to genetics? I am planning my pregnancy soon and honestly, I always wonder if stretch marks can be prevented from the start. Would love to know what really works!
