Delivered 4 months back and everything has changed so much, my size went up a lot during pregnancy n feeding. Now it feels heavy and finding clothes is a pain. Did it reduce for any of u after some time?

Breasts change size due to hormonal shifts and milk production. Once you gradually wean your baby off breastfeeding, the size usually decreases. If you have any pain or lumps, do consult your doctor.
Haha, I am currently pregnant and my chest is huge, I joke that it's the only place my extra cheese parathas went! 😂 Once the baby is out and feeding stops, things will slowly settle down.
Oh god, I felt so conscious about my body changing and worried they would stay huge forever! Just give it some time, once you stop breastfeeding, they do shrink a bit naturally, don't stress.
